Bart’s person had me do a consultation with him after he made his transition.  When he was alive, he was a wonderful therapy dog that worked mostly with children.  Here is what Bart shared with his person.

He misses the children terribly…
He misses their little hands touching him and the funny way they smell…
He misses their giggles and he misses touching their hearts…

“Their hearts are so touchable, so reachable, so clear. We understand each other so well. Yes, I miss the heart-touching. I cannot reach them now…they must be fed through their eyes and their hands to be touched in their hearts. I cannot do that from [Spirit].” 

“I won’t be gone here for long. [My person] and I still have much work to do with heart-touching. I am never far from her now, nor will I ever be. I am with her more than I am not with her. That is how it is between us…before, now, and again.”

“When [my person] is ready and things are right, I’ll be there. She will know me right away…there will be no doubt. She will ‘look into the eyes’ and she will feel me there.”

“The eyes will tell you who I am. You will know me. You only need to trust what you feel. The family will be back together soon.”

[My person] doesn’t fully understand this, but sometimes it can be overwhelming for animals to be around people who don’t ‘contain their energy’.  We [animals] have to release it in whatever way we can.  I want him to look at it, to see it and to help him keep his thoughts in order when he doesn’t realize it.”

“…I am here to help you see the things in you that need addressing, to help you become who you truly are - to let your inside light shine on the outside ALL the time for all to feel and see.  I want you to be your best and to be an example for others.  I just want you to simply ‘become’.”

Little was asked by her person if her needs were being met during her illness…the following was her response, (and then some!) …

“Some days yes, some days no.  That is expected in a body.  This does not mean we are disappointed, it only means this is the way things are.  No good, no bad, it just is.” 

“We wish to continue in the way we have been living.  Living in this body allows for experiences that could not be experienced in another type of body.  This is true for all body experiences as each one is unique.  We have tried many and find this one quite suitable for a time longer.”

“Your concern for me grows too strong.  You call me a free spirit, so let me be just that.  I wish only for the same that you wish for.  Being a burden is not part of that wish.  We are the same, therefore we need the same, and we want the same.”

“You asked before of my needs…what about your needs?  You are so busy caring for me, that your own needs are neglected.  You must begin to meet them gradually, and soon enough you will meet them fully.”

“You ask of this work you wish to do.  If it will bring you joy, then it must be done.  You cannot give up your joy for another.  Sometimes you are away, sometimes you are near…I will cherish both times as I’ll know you are meeting your needs in both places.”

“Tell [my person] that as far as lives go, this one has been wonderful.  I wouldn’t change a thing, not even this illness.  Sometimes things have to happen to bring about other things…to help them surface…to help them heal.  I do not know what this will bring for [my person] or me or anyone, but this experience has been, and continues to be, one of great love and compassion.”

“I would like to die at home with [my person] by my side.  If that cannot happen, so be it - all will be well regardless of the physical actions.  Tell [my person] I will always be in her heart and that my love for her is very great.”

“The times are changing and the energies are shifting.  How things will manifest is uncertain as there are so many participants affecting the outcome.  The turn of events can change from moment to moment and though it feels like what is happening in our lives concerns only us, it ripples out to every living thing.  We are all connected.  We can affect the Sun and Moon, Winds, Earth and Waters.  All that is happening in our World we have created and just as we had the power to create it, we have the power to create something else.”

 ”The most important thing we can do is give gratitude to the Earth and the Wind and the Water and so on.  Thank them for being and allowing us to be.   For as we are, we actively participate in what happens outside of us whether we are conscious of it or not.”

 ”It is important to direct your attentions away from the negative and focus on the positive, for where we keep our focus is what we create more of.  Remember this in all things.”

 

“Each one of us has a gift to give in changing the collective consciousness. No matter how strange or insignificant it may seem, there is purpose in all beings. We don’t have to understand it, just be it. Be your authentic self…be your purpose”.

“We know how hard (our person) is trying, but it would benefit us all if you would find more time for yourself…a quiet time for inner reflection.  There is much to find inside that can help one find peace throughout the day.  I especially feel what you are feeling, but please know that what you do is important work, just as mine is.”

 ”Allowing the stresses of others to invade your being can only bring harm and perpetuate more stress.  Know that  all that is occurring around you is exactly how it must be.  Trust that your part, as all parts, are more important to the ‘big picture’ than you can imagine.  Play your part to the best of your ability and let others play theirs.  It may not look like you want it to, but it is playing out perfectly and for a higher purpose.”

 ”Hold this information in your heart every waking moment, and it will ease your worries to nothingness and turn them into peace, joy and happiness.”

“The power of self resides within your heart center and can only truly be used from that place.”  

“Giving your power to another is a false belief…it can never be removed from your heart center, only masked by false beliefs that another can take it.”

(I asked Baba what is it that manifests the mysterious sores on his body…) 

“It has to do with the life that is now, nothing from my past.  When [my person] is happy, I’m  happy…when she is less-than-happy, I feel that too.  She chooses to live a life that is less-than-happy and this is very taxing on her physical body.  If I did not help with her emotional strain, she would be very ill and her life would be even less-than-less-than-happy.  This I must do or she may die, and it is not her time.  She has yet to find her really joyful place in the world, but she has not chosen to find it yet.” 

“When [my person] is feeling her emotional strain the strongest is when I take it from her, and allow my body to release it.  It is done in this way so it is obvious to the eye. Now [my person] knows why and she will be forced to notice what is happening within her more fully.” 

“Maybe now she will choose to find her joyful place, and maybe she won’t.  Either choice is for her to make.  As for me, I continue my quest to assist [my person] in this life…no matter how she chooses to live it.  And when she is ready for living in her joyful place, that is when our best work will begin, for as we lift up ourselves, we lift up the whole planet.  Every moment we live in joy we are vibrationally ‘lightening the load’; the burdens that each being carries weighs down the planet.  It is soon time for her [Earth] to be lifted to a place of enlightenment and joy and we will be part of that. Whenever you are ready [his person's name]…we can begin.”
