“I am very much at peace now. I left my body right away, but didn’t leave you, as you cared for it [his body] and while still holding hope of re-kindling it.”
“You reached me with every touch and word and thought you put forth towards a body that no longer could feel or hear. But I was there… I could feel your heart breaking, and at the same time I could feel all your love rushing at me for a gentle embrace… and then…a letting go.”

“The challenges of the physical world can be difficult ones to experience. And even though my time with [my person] was most wonderful, I choose to stay where I can serve the best.”
“At this time in your [mankind's] history, my energy can do more in this non-form than in physical form. This may seem confusing, but know that it is true. “[My person's] concerns are my concerns. We are connected in a way that cannot be changed by distance or even death. There is a part of us that lives in the physical world and another part that exists in our inner world and everything in between. Romeow says he will return to [his person] again and if it is in this lifetime, it will be in cat form, but…
“It may be some time before I arrive. The dynamics of the house have changed since my departure, and roles will shift as the energy settles. Enjoy this time as I do. I am free from a limited body and even though [my person] loved to care for me, my passing has given her a freedom too.”
“Embrace that freedom and use it to take care of yourself…to nurture yourself. You deserve that now. I am asking you to do this for me and for you. Our purpose together is done. And when we come together again, we will have new purpose…a new experience, for truly life is about the experience.”

[My person] doesn’t fully understand this, but sometimes it can be overwhelming for animals to be around people who don’t ‘contain their energy’. We [animals] have to release it in whatever way we can. I want him to look at it, to see it and to help him keep his thoughts in order when he doesn’t realize it.”
“…I am here to help you see the things in you that need addressing, to help you become who you truly are – to let your inside light shine on the outside ALL the time for all to feel and see. I want you to be your best and to be an example for others. I just want you to simply ‘become’.”

Little was asked by her person if her needs were being met during her illness…the following was her response, (and then some!) …
“Some days yes, some days no. That is expected in a body. This does not mean we are disappointed, it only means this is the way things are. No good, no bad, it just is.”
“We wish to continue in the way we have been living. Living in this body allows for experiences that could not be experienced in another type of body. This is true for all body experiences as each one is unique. We have tried many and find this one quite suitable for a time longer.”
“Your concern for me grows too strong. You call me a free spirit, so let me be just that. I wish only for the same that you wish for. Being a burden is not part of that wish. We are the same, therefore we need the same, and we want the same.”
“You asked before of my needs…what about your needs? You are so busy caring for me, that your own needs are neglected. You must begin to meet them gradually, and soon enough you will meet them fully.”
“You ask of this work you wish to do. If it will bring you joy, then it must be done. You cannot give up your joy for another. Sometimes you are away, sometimes you are near…I will cherish both times as I’ll know you are meeting your needs in both places.”

“The times are changing and the energies are shifting. How things will manifest is uncertain as there are so many participants affecting the outcome. The turn of events can change from moment to moment and though it feels like what is happening in our lives concerns only us, it ripples out to every living thing. We are all connected. We can affect the Sun and Moon, Winds, Earth and Waters. All that is happening in our World we have created and just as we had the power to create it, we have the power to create something else.”
